It focuses on observational identification of giftedness, parent and teacher advocacy, and Hindi/regional-language support.

Co-founders:
- Kunwer Sachdev — Founder of Su-Kam Power Systems, mentor to Su-vastika and other technology companies, founder of Kunwwer.ai; identified as gifted at 47.
- Khushboo Sachdev — Founder & CEO of Su-vastika Systems; co-founder of GiftedKids.in.
- Dr. Inderbir Kaur Sandhu — Cambridge-trained gifted education specialist; co-founder of GiftedKids.in.
