GiftedKids.in is an educational platform operated for parents, teachers, and caregivers supporting gifted children in India. The site is co-founded by Kunwer Sachdev, Khushboo Sachdev, and Dr. Inderbir Kaur Sandhu. Contact: support@giftedkids.in.

Before initiating formal legal proceedings, we encourage you to contact us at support@giftedkids.in to describe your concern. We will make a good-faith effort to resolve disputes amicably within 30 days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it may be referred to mediation or pursued through the courts as set out above.
